First of all - Yay !!! We seem to be getting regular updates and news now after a bit of a info drought ! Well done TTT, keep it up  

As for the announcement itself  - I see it as a huge plus, not only will the TKF process be officially quantified and standardised for use in industry (so approved use of the technology in some very lucrative industries - like marine, civil, defence, aviation etc. - can go ahead smoothly with minimal red tape once the standard is in place) ..... but If I'm reading this correctly the customers TTT would be selling products and machines to are chipping in to get it done - so they can buy the product faster !

Normally the whole cost would have to be borne by the company ! This way the process is less than a fifth the cost to the company it would normally be and there will be no question of impartiality. 

This is seriously awesome news !!!!
