Well, Sinclair just got terminated by the hatchet men appointed to AGO by Gina's factotum. So he's clearly at his wits end on how to fund an upgrade to his snow shack in Zermatt, but thankfully his mate at BAT is happy to slather $400K at him.

I guess if you think that the AGOification of BAT is a good thing this would be a great appointment. If you see it as a bad thing, you would avoid it. Personally, I think that Mr Sinclair's record at managing the cost pressures at Atlas speaks for itself. It took Hancock to buy AGO for its dock space at Port Hedland to make it look passable. But I guess that's where you earn the big bucks in mining - having mates and never taking a pay cut.
