I think the 5 mil audience we would be targeting are spread around the globe so having any of the telcos on board wouldn't help reach them so much.

Say there's around 200k Iranians in 25 countries outside Iran (just hypothetically), no telco would bother trying to market to such a small group as they are only likely to see a 10 to 25% (again hypothetically) uptake of subs.

I think the challenge will be targeting these expats in general as I'm unsure how you reach such a wide spread audience if you don't already know who they are.

Anyone think they know what avenues could be used to track down 5 million sneaky Iranian refugees?
