it's not delivering anything into Iran.
It's Iranian local content including music, bundled into a platform that will be marketed to Iranian expats around the world.
Currently they only have access to some content over YouTube.
It's actually quite a brilliant idea, once up and running it will likely be followed with many other content owners wanting to distribute to expats too.
