    1) MNS is not a lithium miner.  Graphite. Yes. Batteries yes. Lithium no.
    2) Even if it were it would not be looking at extracting Li from the ocean. Why? Well yes there is lithium in the ocean but there is also practically every other element in the oceans waters. But extracting Li from the ocean is not commercially feasible.  When they say lithium from brines they are talking companies like Orocobre who extracts lithium from salt lakes or salars in the high Andes... about as far away from the ocean both in distance and height as you can get.
