No doubt an uphill task. I have tried looking for alternatives and cannot find one. Doing nothing is fraught with issues and expect we SH will continue to be harvested.

I suspect that the make up of a new BOD will and can be all telling. Just maybe they have the know how and inclination to take this one forward because they understand the industry and are able to look opportunities in the eye. Our current board might not have what is required when m&a is concerned or financing options available to them.

Yes the private club's numbers are not known and hence why this has not progressed yet. The impending second strike does give us a chance without astronomical costs and in the meantime we have to abide our time. I am hoping to keep SH aware that the AGM vote is a real possibility to implement change and that should be kept in the front of our minds. A bit premature IMO to be thinking anything but a win for SH and the demise of the current board.
