All that needs to happen, and still hasn’t somehow:
Freeze this blatantly fraudulent company.
Seize the assets.
Sell them for whatever they’re worth right now.
Distribute the proceeds to shareholders.
Settle all the legal matters later.
Until that happens, everything announced seems pretty meaningless to me.
