I think it will keep coming up while "....silly things like not be able to phone Jayride." (ie: actually a big deal, especially when landing in a foreign country!!) keep happening or headings like the following are not just occasional reviews, but the most recent reviews on the TrustPilot platform (or similar well established review site), with no (recent) positive feedback to give another view: 

- This service is fraudulent

- This was a complete SCAM

- DON'T USE THIS SERVICE !!!

- Do not book jayride !

- Worst service ever

- Take your chances with this company!…

- If I could give 0 stars for Jayride and…

And those points were all made in the last month!

I could have gone on, but the reviews are there for potential investors to read, only those with Jayride googles on may not be able to see it could be a real issue for the business, quality control and the customer experience are extremely important to any business. 

I am only keeping an eye on these because I do see potential here, but with the available information I can access, those reviews suggest there are significant risks to getting the business model into a sustainable positions where consumers trust the service. 

Would be interested to see what they say about it at the AGM, but I will be on the sidelines for a while yet.
