How many times do we have to go over this issue. The bad reviews are a tiny fraction of the number of rides JAY facilitates and most of the reviews are over issues caused by the transport company, or silly things like not being able to phone Jayride. The only serious one I can see is the allowing booking for airports they do not service, but I am hoping that is fixed (I haven't test it myself).

I do think they should take the reviews more seriously and make an effort to ask those that have a good experience to post a review on these sites. Reputation management is an important aspect of the Jayride's business model. It is a question I plan to raise at the AGM if I get the chance.
