I think long term the money is in the limo market. There will always be a demand for shared shuttle services at the low end, but professionalising the limo end can unlock a huge amount of value.

If you are going to pay a premium for a service you want to know you are going to get a high quality experience. I know if I am getting on a shuttle then it is my responsibility to get to where the shuttle is picking up people and I can then expect to sit on a (mini)bus and go on a magical mystery tour before I get to my destination.

If I pay for a limo I want someone waiting for me at the gate with my name on a sign (spelled correctly) and who whisks me will the minimium of fuss (and the maximum of comfort) to my hotel. Right now I don't know if I am going to get this experience with some random limo service I pick off the internet. Jayride can make this happen.
