I think we should get all of Europe way before then - I am expecting we will have Europe covered by the end of the year. I am hoping 2019 is the big Asian expansion push.

Like-for-like data is going to be hard to interpret due to the network effect - the more airports and countries JAY adds the more valuable the service becomes and the more likely a customer is to use the service or for a partner come on board.

The big thing JAY needs to watch out for is quality of service. If you read through the reviews of JAY almost all the negative reviews are about the shuttle service not turning up, etc. Bad behaviour by the shuttle service providers are always blamed on JAY. I would be much happier with them expanding slowly and ensuring a high quality service than them adding dozens of countries and providing a sub-standard service. The good news is JAY seems fully aware of this.

Now what is going to make the market take notice of JAY?
