JAY is stagnant because the float was so minimal. They only raised a million dollars in the IPO and so the free float is tiny.

I would rather invest in a company that does what is says it will do and has a business model that makes sense than one that ends up on HC most discussed list week after week. At some point fundamentals will kick off the SP of JAY and the lack of available shares will cause it to take off like a rocket. Who know when this will be, but it will happen.
