The announcenent states:

"Nitrogen pumping was conducted but was unable to establish returns to surface. The current restart plan is to manage any remaining debris in the well through careful and controlled operation of the
ESPs."

The key here is "ANY remaining debris" , that is, they did a nitro pump and no debris came to the surface - hence tbe word "any" - tbey cleared the well bore to the toe, ran a nitro QA pump with nothing coming to the surface but just in case there are in fact "ANY" debris this will be managed cafefully in a controlled manner via esps.
