Why I think JAWS has a low COS today:
Current issues with the well may not be able to be resolved,
Worse things may happen next time the pressures enters the desorbtion window,
The well (gas flows, BHP etc) is not performing the way management modelled and not in a better way - despite them having all the Klebb and other data,
This well was always a lower chance of success well to begin with being a pioneering well with many technical unknowns,
The company has had previous attempts to get the gas out and has not had any real luck meaning it may be impossible to get the gas out commercially no matter who does the drilling or what techniques they use.
I always assumed a 25% COS, however have lowered that in light of what has happened over the past 6 months.
