What benefits the other 3 JV partners have, millions have to be spent for the factory and Sunnya is pty ldt company, other 2 likely not Aus listed companies either, hopefully 1 is SDC.
You certainly won't do so many things If the intention is to milk the company, you just want the cow to standstill for you to milk don't you?
