The problem with this company IMO has been the element of surprises both +ve and -ve. I was a strong supporter of this Company and SP was over 20C and in all sense touching 27C at some point with very positive sentiment. Out of nowhere came an ANN there will be CR with absolutely no further details and for what. That brought the SP down wildly to under 18C. Then they raised a CR for 9C when the SP was over 18C ( discount of 50% ?? ) basically issuing shares to their mates I believe.
The company never even responds to their share holders ( tried contacting multiple times ) and I think investors fear a leftwing ANN anytime for them. Also they have disclosed in the QR, CR is being sought.
All IMO only. DYOR..
