You would think so on the options, but I have seen plenty of times where shares are sold below the option conversion price - they will at least cap the SP in the short term.
Yes these types of deposits can turn out to be very valuable, relatively easy to JORC, and a lot of the problems with UG mining can be avoided as you don't spend your time chasing narrow splays. Hill 800 could turn out to be something very special.
