Don't get me wrong, I think this MIGHT turn out to be great for JAL and BRL (and this has yet to even remotely reflect in the BRL share price - although was nice to see a bit more action today). I am not arguing about the economics of it - cash cost is very good (and even lower for the first 4 years - bonus!).

nothing wrong here in what you say! You pays your money and you takes your chances! We are very good on the cash burn - Art runs the company off the smell of an oily rag - admin and staffing under a mil a year from memory. And we get to keep our exploration credits worth half a mill. Again great work by Art turning that around. Not easy telling public servants they are wrong - partic when it costs them. We will have around $2m in the bank at year end. But BRL will not be teaching Art anything about coal!
