in my opinion, it all depends if there is any cash payments announced as part of the agreement.
i believe the 4ds partnership doesnt involve any cash payments (not 100% sure on this), 4DS gets access to HGST/WD for technical input and HGST/WD has first dibs on 4DS's product.
If WBT were to enter an agreement similar to that i dont think we would see a massive jump in SP. But if there was an initial cash payment in the millions with an agreement to pay more in the future it would probably put WBT above 100m market cap.
in my opinion, it all depends if there is any cash payments...
