I did not notice that the retail component of the issue was fully underwritten. Given that IVA stock can be illiquid, I think that the fall in the share price and the short selling could be attributed to the underwriters (or associates) wanting to pick up the stock being offered to holders. That being the case, now that the offer has closed, there could be a bounce back.
