Austria was never official "trials" per se. The distribution partner were doing some testing on the device. So to my knowledge any intelligence from this hasn't come back to the company.

Italy from my understanding based on research I've been able to do, is a case that the distributor assumed that the device was going to quickly find its way onto the reimbursement list within the country. This doesn't actually happen until there is a sufficient volume of the devices sold (it wont have to be a huge volume). So presently the customer would have to pay the full amount. I think consequently the distributor probably hasn't been pushing the product very hard. But the announcement yesterday was a good one. It draws a line in the sand and now Promosalute has until the end of Q4 to take a certain number of devices (paying 50% up front). If they don't do this, they lose the exclusivity contract. Reading between the lines, i think there may be other distributors in Italy so i don't think they will want to let this happen. Without this renegotiation, the Italy problem could have dragged on much longer. So yesterday announcement was a good one
