Well - looks like a craply run crap business - I longed near the open - lol - just for today
The upsides: There is a $120m ish trail book in the business, there is also the ability to cherrypick the parts of the business that are positive, and sell/close the worst bits. New CEO makes great sense. Hopefully there will be no acquisitions for a while now, which will be a great help.
The downsides: apart from the obvious, there is some investment in software coming. Risk of a crap raise if that will be expensive.
