WTF!
It just keeps getting better. Here we have a team of directors feeding at the trough and the ony way to get any work done (not really expecting progress if the consultant is a mete of the board) is to hire an external person and give him a bucket load of options as an incentive. I note they did not make any mention of what the hell the consultant is doing or how much he is getting in cash fees.
Once again these guys are masters at spending the wealth of the investors and generating nothing for it.
Get off your behinds, grab a shovel and a trailer and go and do something useful you bunch of leeches!
