(a) Shares issued under the Shortfall Offer.
(b) Shares issued to an employee forming part of their remuneration in accordance with employment agreement
About (b), it did not clearly mention, but 'employee forming part of their remuneration' means to be likely either
Apollo Group or AON employees.

Despite.....in spite......even though........
if we try to read between lines about our FR prospects,
recently WIN announced on 29 Aug 2016 their drilling plan on 'Western Margin' area,
it seems Nova (former SIR), Plato and Cruz treated same or equivalent prospects (Nova=Plato=Cruz).
But, in my view, Cruz can not bear nickel ore mineralization or no commercial attraction,
we could say now Plato= Nova (or more correctly Plato>Nova).
Anyway, around this time company must show us any 'real fruits' at Plato first
and then other Fraser Range and Kitchener prospects as well.
