Personally I think the relative non-action of the stock price is due to the lack of promotion, transparency and market awareness of Chalice. We are still waiting on their drilling results obviously and while their flagship project is in Quebec, I have high hopes in their WA projects, which the management obviously did not spend enough time hyping up this part based on reading the powerpoint presentation.

With Tim owning 17% of total outstanding distributing cash would be benefiting him too, but I'm not looking forward to it. Instead I hope they will spin out the WA assets into a new vehicle (and distribute free shares of the newco to existing shareholders of Chalice) so they can speed up the exploration process and to limit the dilution but again, I'm not expecting it will happen.
