re: Ann: Issue of Performance Rights and Appe... Rod I am waiting to see the detail and hurdles before making a decision. Given that the stock is trading at or around cash backing it seems a little generous on the face of it.
I feel it is the boards job to explain exactly why their current level of remuneration is inadequate and how much harder they will work with equity incentives.
At this point I am unconvinced they are earning below average remuneration for their expertise so I look forward to what they have to say.
