re: Ann: Issue of Performance Rights and Appe... The way I see it is that the Exco management must perceive, through all the exploration and discoveries along the way, something rosy and promising on the horizon that could lift the share price out of the doldrums.
Otherwise, why bother to announce a Performance Rigts and the grant of free shares!

Anyway, there will be some shareholders unsettled by this announcement, and others who can attend the AGM will be in the position to manifest their concerns.
