The provisional CR closing date has been extended to 9 October 2015.
This is good because that flimsy analyst report (how did that eventuate and why would any analyst waste time on doing that independently on a company with the status of SPX?) and no news on JV discussions would have resulted in a fundraising disaster for shareholders.
Between now and 9 October we will see a quarterly report which is hoped will detail the degree of promoting for JV or equity interest in the project undertaken by the Board and the degree of interest from third parties. I won't hold my breath on that though.
