The Board of Directors of iCandy Interactive Limited (Company or ICI) is pleased to announce that the Company will be offering a Loyalty Option to its shareholders who have been supportive of the Company throughout the prolonged trading halt period the Company has recently gone through. The intended Loyalty Option will be offered at a nominal subscription price to existing shareholders of the company.
The Loyalty Option will be offered on the basis of 1 new Loyalty Option for every 2 ordinary ICI shares held at a future record date. This will be a listed Option traded on the ASX. The subscription price, exercise price and expiry date of the intended listed Loyalty Option will be determined by the Board of Directors in due time. A prospectus on the Loyalty Option will be lodged with ASIC and announced at the soonest possible juncture by the Company. The Company is also proposing the listing of its existing A$0.10 unlisted options on the ASX. Further information will be provided to shareholders in due course.
