re: Ann: ISRAELI BREAKTHROUGH WITH CO2 TO FUE...
Yes, in one report they state royalties of 42.5%, but in the latest presentation when they state estimated revenue from the NewCO2Fuels technology it appears to be 1%.
There have been some posters over the past few days who seem to be playing down the future potential of GER because the royalties 'are only 1%'.
It needs to be stated that with conseravtive market shares of 0.25%, 1% and 5% based on a 1% royalty that still amounts to royalties in dollar terms to GER of $109m, $435m and a whopping $2.176b.
Furthermore, NewCO2Fuels isn't the only thing happening with this company. They have an Energy Efficiency business that is worth, based on a 5% market share, a conservative $107m over a five year period in Australia alone.
The long-term potential for the Energy Efficiency business 5+ years down the track has been stated at an annual $120m combining Australia, south-east Asia, southern Africa and New Zealand.
For as significant as NewCO2Fuels might prove to be for GER, it's not the only game in town. The Energy Efficiency business in itself is reason enough for an investment in GER in my opinion.
