At the moment I am not sure that I will hang onto my GER anyway given that it seems to me that GER does not have any of the JV other than an unclear royalty. Erdi Fuels had an option over GER's 50% for $10 million I believe, but as the quote in your post says, they have accepted $2 million over an eighteen month period instead of the $10 million for early payment (I think). So, in my view the option has effectively been exercised by Erdi Fuels (which is why I think GER now has nil direct ownership of the JV). Most of that $2 million has been received and spent. I would estimate that there would be one or two of the monthly payments to go. Then GER would be out of cash and may need to do another CR.
The product could be a ball-tearer if it is able to be commercialised, but the more I look at it the more risks I see surfacing. I am holding (same as my sentiment) at this point in time.
