re: Ann: OCP: iSOFT Group and RJL Investments... evidently on friday Cohen and PCP were in court RE; the 15% that Cohen claims as voting rights. cohen states that he has other offers, but of course no names as yet.
has anyone heard of the outcome in court ?
l expect it will be deferred until after the scheme vote , so the 15% will be null and void as voting stock.
if Cohen has buyers then why doesnt he tell someone i.e OCP
