re: Ann: OCP: iSOFT Group and RJL Investments... well, it seems to me that the ploy for Cohen is to get the 15% at 17 c from OCP and refuse the offer. that way they cant get the 75% yes vote as only about half the votes are usually cast making 15% possibly worth 30% of the vote.
that will call the bluff of CSC who will need to raise the offer price or give it a miss. its quite a gamble really.
cohen would have to raise the funds, and if he loses this game is in for big losses.
however if the courts are still deliberating at the time of the vote, which is likely , then that 15% would not be voted and it is likely the YES vote would succeed in that case.
your thoughts would be appreciated
