    I am confused with the sell down. 
    Cashflow still very strong and they are paying off the debt.
    saving of copyright costs have been realised. 
    employee expenses still high due to cost of restructure and redundencies. 
    We will this cost to drop in the second half and fully realised of cost saving up to $11 annually from fy20.
    i will hold for now.
