Yes, that is because they received a complaint from some ill informed people with their own agenda. If you'd read their posts they previously indicated that ASIC/ASX have more questions for Axiom. Surely it must be clear to you and other investors that these ignorant, ill informed trouble makers have their own agenda. I say again, Axiom is moving forward and nothing will stop them.
