One thing at a time in the SI it appears too - weather definitely an issue. As you’d expect - it is wet season !

However right now , the country is putting in extraordinary efforts for the General Elections , to be staged next week. This is a big deal , and huge organisation required for them to ensure runs smoothly and equitably .
I really hope they vote for best people , honest and hardworking, people who can become good wise leaders . Work for the country as a whole and a prosperous future for the growing population

Seems they really must do much better than the performance of the last 2 governments.
Corruption stamp-out needs be main priority also .

You could say forget about them , leave them to it - except this thinking ignores and leaves the women and children as the bottom of system victims of the crime of money not going where it is needed , and the entire country being held back , literally for decades . Decades -of stubbornness and pigheadedness of men .

Their most important time was in the last few years - blown .
Next most crucial time - is Now and looking forwards from here !
There will be a new start for the Solomons again , hope goes very well .

Doesn’t relate directly to Axiom - but can see reading all every day , that the acting government and authorities are putting all efforts towards a just and peaceful election - this is when their future leaders are being elected .
It seems like a bit of a hiatus anyway - until they have their new government in position .

The public service desperately needs more resources and to be more functional also to get things done during the next term . Wish them well .
