Nor does one have to validate, as in my case to you, my decades of experience within the Pacific Rim region.
Judge ones words on their accuracy or otherwise.
In my case in respect of AVQ I said (posted here on HC) back in late 2010 that AVQ WOULD NOT win the litigation it was getting itself into.
I said AVQ would not see an end to the litigation processes, BY THE TIME IT EXHAUSTED ALL THE APPEALS PROCESSES avail (which AVQ did), before 2016 at best and more I felt more likely by end of 2017 -18. Exactly what happened nearly to month.
I reiterated MANY TIMES over the enduring years since 2010 that AVQ would not win nor receive financial compensation for its litigation in the courts. It has not nor will it be compensated.
I said I believed AVQ WOULD NOT WIN the High Court case re its THEN granted PL & ML OVER KOLOSORI lands. AVQ LOST THOSE KOLOSORI LICENCES at the courts determination, a FACT.
I said throughout the case I did not believe AVQ would be awarded compensation re the SI GOVT - AVQ - SMM High Court case. AVQ DID NOT GET COMPENSATION even though it sought it through the court.
I said SMM WOULD LOSE its LOI ( letter of intent) issued to it under the International Tender Process. SMM LOST its LOI right during the High Court Proceedings.
I could go on here and detail where I have subsequently challenged here on HC nearly everything AVQ HAS TOLD SHAREHOLDERS, financiers and investors it, AVQ, has said it was going to do or achieve from 2010 till TODAY.
Today AVQ HAS NOT DELIVERED TO SHAREHOLDERS.
AVQ has delivered handsomely to RM, similarity promoters and certain SI landowners but that is all.
SHAREHOLDERS HAVE BEEN TREATED APPALLINGLY.
Time will tell how this finally plays out.
