Firstly, thank you for responding to all my questions, accurately and honestly.

When you say "WE" and then say it is no-ones concern, then you place yourself in a situation where you introduce the matter and then say it is no-one else's concern. You suggest you have 40 year experience and then say don't ask, however I do appreciate your anonymity, but is unfair to make such comments without expecting scrutiny.

The weather may also, as you suggest, have a major impact on the loading of the barge. It may have been 1 reason for the delay yet it has been suggested that the election has also had an impact, but let's face facts, it is ready to go and that is positive! When, well we all wait, and I dare not assume that management would not share our disappointment and anxiety.

Not quite sure that corruption is culturally acceptable, however I would place it along side multiculturalism and assimilation complexities, yet it does not excuse it. I would expect that you would put those differences aside in respect to your own holdings, otherwise why else hold?
