Geo, it is RM who writes his definitive lines in the sand as in this repeated first ore shipment date of end March 2019.
A date he set in sand prior to the onset of wet season. He has repeated same date during the whole wet season. Now at back end of the wet season and we are to believe the wet season is one of the two reasons for the shipment delay!
Geo since late 2010 we have read in AVQ press releases, been told in AVQ quarterly and annual reports and read in financing market updates about so so many unfulfilled dates and deadlines. Dates where investors were led to believe they would be rewarded for their continued financials support. To date it has been nearly 10 years of ABSOLUTE nothing except massive shareholder dilution, a totally exhorbinate and out of industry aligned CEO salary and expense package.
For what, ALL FOR NIL RETURN TO SHAREHOLDERS.
And considering the local weather (high annual daily rainfalls) AVQ is trying to ship dry ore
yet we have no covered drying and storage areas. There are no covered ore loading facilities and this is with ore grades that at best are marginal. We should all be praying for protracted drought conditions (sadly for SI) so the company can deliver ore that is not wet on board. This does not bode well on so many fronts yet to be achieved.
As for the 2nd reason for not meeting the shipping deadline.......what a furphy.....the upcoming Nat election.......serious investors watching AVQ must be bumdfounded by what RM puts out to the market to swallow.
