Cyclone Trevor has caused this bad weather, and after what happened in February with Cyclone Oma and Bintan's loading bauxite in those conditions why would you take the risk of that happening again and causing such destruction, 2 weeks delay isn't a long time considering what we've already waited. Yes it is another deadline missed which is not ideal, but it is for a good reason in my opinion.
