Regarding the link posted by Geo it is very important to note the format of the "Marketing Communication" by Beaufont Securities.

Most will recognise it has been produced in the same format as used by analysts who produce independent research reports.

In the small print disclaimer, they state "THIS RESEARCH BROCHURE IS A MARKETING COMMUNICATION: It has not been prepared in accordance with legal requirements designed to Page | 2 promote the independence of investment research" 

Note they state it has not been prepared in accordance with legal requirements to promote the independence of investment research.
They have prepared a Marketing Communication which has the appearance of an independent research report yet for legal reasons make it clear in the small print that it is not. They are being honest.

I will leave it for others to form their own opinions as to why Axiom Management would engage Beaufort Securities to present their self-described Marketing Communication in this manner.
