Look up the definition of mining.
A dozen scraping the ground is 'mining'
I think rusty means, there's mining, ( a dozen scraping ) and there's mining ( haul trucks getting loaded, barges loaded ) ETC ETC....
It's a play on words in which, in my opinion AVQ are very good at.
All IMO- which has proven to be right
