@Geo may i please ask with the greatest of respect for your esponse on the below as I am genuinely interested as you are a strong and long supporter of AVQ

1. How did mining commence when they did not (and still don't) have finance to construct the mine ?

2. On 20/9/2018 in an ASX Ann they stated (in part) "Financing for life of mine construction and development is in the advanced stages and due to be finalised over the coming weeks.
Today they stated (in part) "Axiom is considering a number of final proposals for off-take agreements including offers of debt project financing. A final decision on these offers will likely occur in the coming weeks" 

My queries in this regard are 
1. what happened about the finance required to construct the mine?......did they not need finance?
2. 133 days ago finance was due to be finalised over the coming weeks and today they said "A final decision on these offers will likely occur in the coming weeks"....is it a worry that after 133 days it appears that they are still no closer to a possible finance arrangement?
