Have you thought about how long Axiom could tie up the "split K Tenement" in the legal courts ?? 8 years? 6 years?
Even the newspapers have smelled a rat in current process, legal action to sort this out in court would be the standard normal in this case.
Do the so called minority K Landowners have that much money and patience ??
Their cousins in San Jorge will be laughing and mining, while those K Landowners are still getting this sorted in the legal courts for years to come.
My guts tell me, that they will soon come running to RM to get the old deal back.
Besides, can you tell me what deal have / will the Chinese (or other parties) offered them (the K Landowners) (or would offer them) for they small (size reduced) tenement ?? Remember, it costs just as much to set-up mining for a small tenement as a larger tenement.
I honestly think that these poor K Landowners have been given some very bad advise (by some parties with their own agenda).
Now, again think, if this is going to eventuate (as you seem to state), who is going to make the money ?? Landowners or SI Lawyers ??
I think that the Landowners could be getting screwed again, not by Axiom and not by Sumitomo
