IMHO: This is what I call a 'damaged' stock...


- things haven't gone to plan based on documents from early in the piece
- timelines have not been kept
- drawn out legal problems
- announcements haven't been proven to be fact more times than not
- repeated money issues
- too many changes to staff and board
- no long term Internal staff
- lack of sector experience and past results
- excessive spending by management
- lack of transparency from management
- too much negative history
- too many people sitting on options that will suck this dry with any north movement to sp
- the negative doesn't far outway any possible positives


Even if you want to argue a few points I've raised you can't argue with them all - cause they're mostly facts!


In my opinion, and definitely do your own research, there are far better small cap stocks out there.
