Although the landowner has lost nothing they also made nothing from all the millions raised and then AVQ wants $750K back from them.........that's a lot of money for even us let alone them but only worth 1 year's wage for RM.
This shows to me how difficult it's to mine in SI, especially when customary land is involved with well known tribe and clan that don't get along and been fighting over the land for generation.
