The $2M raised from the director won't be enough for exploration, let alone go into production. It's used for his and RM's salary (have you look at next quarter's estimated costing from AVQ.....).
You don’t even absorb what’s written in that announcement. That $2m + $4m to be raised in same or similar terms are to be used for tenement applications. Exploration costs would come from off-take, which is to be finalised.
Also, it’s a great insult to Markoff’s intelligence that he would put his own $2m simply to pay RM and himself if he doesn’t see a positive future. As a director, his director fees would not exceed $70,000, or $100,000 per annum at best. Maths doesn’t add up here, mate.
