I wouldn't call it a "con", he tried to gets Kolosori PL which he did technically succeed (and we all know past history show it's very troublesome to achieve that........) and then spent $10s of millions on it, it's only if he knew there were issues with the PL and continue to spend the money with CR to allow him that hefty wage price, then that is when I would consider that a con. He tried again and looks like the same issue has been hit with Kolosori again and also now Tenement D.
