Who is going to fund the 10s of millions involved in another protracted court case where to date the first outcome was that axiom didn't get the licence and when it does go to court the owners will be well and truly miming. All you are asking is to ask punters to invest in an unknown legal outcome at unknown cost at unknown time with a track record where it didn't work first time around.
