Need to qualify what I've written. Kolosori appears to have one issue with one man, as reported in the local newspaper, not the entire landowners. He states he doesn't care who mines the land he just wants to get the maximum benefit by utilising a processing plant. The processing plant he is referring to is an HPAL which costs around $100 million and requires an enormous amount of electric energy which they don't have. It is not a practical alternative is not cost effective and is damaging to the environment.
